Freight Claims Coordinator

Location: JacksonvilleDuration: 12-Month ContractPay Rate: $35-$39/hourStart Date: ASAPPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly detail-oriented and customer-focused Freight Claims Coordinator to join a fast-paced, high-volume operation. This role will support freight and logistics claims management, including handling defective product issues, evaluating claims, navigating compliance requirements, and delivering exceptional customer communication.The ideal candidate thrives in complex environments, can triage problems effectively, and brings strong analytical and negotiation skills.
