Position: Executive Assistant / CoordinatorLocation: Chicago, ILDuration: 6+ MonthsAdditional DetailsHybrid work model: onsite 3 days per weekFlexibility on which 3 days are worked, though Wednesday availability is preferredPart-time role: approximately 24 hours per week through the end of the yearHours may occasionally increase up to 5 days per week based on business needsWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Coordinator to provide direct support to the Global Director of HR, with a primary focus on supporting the Global Head of Strategic Partnerships & Inclusion.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex and high-volume calendars for senior leadershipCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangementsHandle expense reporting and administrative supportSupport communication and logistics for monthly Employee Resource Group (ERG) eventsAssist with intranet updates, scheduling, and cross-functional coordinationHelp manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environmentProvide onsite support for ERG initiatives and employee eventsIdeal Candidate ProfileStrong administrative, executive assistant, or coordinator backgroundExceptional calendar management and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesComfortable working with systems, scheduling tools, and intranet platformsAble to multitask effectively and manage competing prioritiesPrior HR experience is helpful but not requiredHospitality industry experience is not required
