This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.Hybrid to Downtown Chicago (2-3 days a week onsite)ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the SVP, including scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reports, invoices, and special projects.Manage budgets and invoice processing for Corporate HR, TA, and CSR teams.Support corporate new hire orientations and onsite logistics.Assist HR Business Partners with colleague inquiries related to benefits, payroll, time & attendance (ADP/Kronos), and employee programs.Maintain accurate HR files, records, and compliance documentation (including EEO and immigration).Support colleague engagement and well-being events and initiatives.Assist with Hyatt Hotels Foundation grant agreement coordination and payment processing.Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.Qualifications3+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in Human Resources.Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field.SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Experience with travel booking, expense reporting, and PO management systems.Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.Collaborative, detail-oriented, and adaptable.Rate: $30/HR
