Rescue Guide

ob Title: Rescue Guide Department: Camelback Mountain AdventuresReports to:Mountain Aventures ManagerThe Rescue Guides ensure the safety, training, and support of guests on the Treetop Adventure Course, including performing rescues when necessary.Key Responsibilities:Ensure the safety of all guests and team members while on the Treetop Adventure Course.Train guests on safety procedures and ensure compliance with all operational guidelines.Provide outstanding guest service by coaching and guiding guests throughout the course.Safely perform guest rescues in accordance with Treego standards.Complete daily inspections of the Treetop Course and all associated equipment.Communicate important operational updates and concerns to the Operations Supervisor in a timely manner.Perform basic course maintenance, including minor carpentry work and walkway upkeep.Assist with harness fitting and support demonstration guides during guest orientation when needed.Qualifications & Requirements:Must be at least 18 years old.Enthusiasm for working outdoors and comfortable in varying weather conditions.Flexible work schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written).Must be able to speak and read English, additional languages a plus.Ability to stand for long periods of time.Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull light objects.Ability to tolerate exposure to busy or noisy work areas.Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork skills.Ability to work at heights up to 70 feet.Basic knowledge of adventure park operations (preferred).Basic First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).Ability to be certified to perform Treetop rescues.Valid driver's license (preferred).What's in it for me:Complimentary access to Camelbeach, Aquatopia, local amusement parks and more!
