Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) operates as a key member of the health care team using the nursing process, clinical skills and leadership to direct, provide and evaluate age/population specific patient care according to the department's scope of service. Analyze patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.Responsibilities: The ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients are key customers.
