Get Paid for Both.This role isn't about hard selling on every call it's about knowing when to sell and when to connect. As a customer retention & sales specialist, you'll engage Verizon Wireless customers to uncover opportunities, strengthen relationships, and guide customers back to our retail stores when that's the best next step. When the sales opportunity presents itself, you'll confidently close it.
