Customer Retention & Sales Specialist Wireless Contact Center | Fishers, IN Drive Relationships. Create Opportunities. Get Paid for Both. This role isn't about hard selling on every call—it's about knowing when to sell and when to connect. As a customer retention & sales specialist, you'll engage Verizon Wireless customers to uncover opportunities, strengthen relationships, and guide customers back to our retail stores when that's the best next step.When the sales opportunity presents itself, you'll confidently close it. When it doesn't, you'll still win by driving in‑store visits—and get paid for it.
