The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are listed for each department. Other duties may be assigned. D365 F&O experience, a willingness to travel and a proven ability to lead are preferred.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:RECEIVINGLead department personnel in the receipt and put away all product per documented proceduresPromote quality receipt and put away transactionsPerform and assist floor employees in receiving material per documented processes as well as dispositioning non-conforming product, purchase order, or damaged shipments.Knowledge of RF processes using Intermec RF scanning equipmentAssist in the maintenance of acceptable productivity and quality levels for floor associates to ensure the performance metrics of the business are metAssist in maintaining accurate inventory utilizing a Warehouse Management and Reporting SystemExperience using Warehouse Management SystemsCommunicate any performance issues and observations to department supervisorConduct periodic department meetings with supervisor's approval to communicate company policy, process changes, workloads, safety topicsRequired to be on call or travel periodicallySHIPPING Lead personnel to achieve corporate objectives in quality and productivityLead the department in shipping orders and as required to meet customer delivery and quality level commitmentsEnsure outbound shipments are worked in line with our documented procedures and processes.Promote established safety and quality standardsAssist in maintaining an accurate inventory utilizing a Warehouse Management and Reporting SystemKnowledge of RF processes using Intermec RF scanning equipmentLead efforts to improve qualityCommunicate any performance issues and observations to department supervisorConduct periodic department meetings with supervisor's approval to communicate company policy, process changes, workloads, safety topicsRequired to be on call or travel periodicallyCABLE CUTTING Lead department personnel in the receipt, cut, put away, and ship of cable reels following documented processes.Lead the floor associates in processing Cable shipping orders and their shipping duties as required to meet customer commitmentsINVENTORY CONTROL Lead and monitor personnel in the performance of item setup in the Warehouse Management SystemLead floor personnel in the inventory reporting, cycle counting, and reconciliation process.Investigate zero shipments, receiving errors, and adjustments to inventory to determine root cause, and provide recommendations to DC Manager to improve qualitySAFETY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Adhere to, promote, and accept personal responsibility for compliance to:Federal and Local Occupational Safety and Health RegulationsIndustry Consensus StandardsCircet USA Injury and Illness Prevention Program ManualParticipate in job site safety/hazard analysisQualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and/or QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years related experience and/or training in a warehouse environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Knowledge of RF scanning equipment, warehouse management systems and processesHigh school or equivalent1+ years warehouse lead experienceAccurate and effective communication skillsThinks critically and can problem solveGood JudgmentCustomer service skills Valid driver's licenses and clean MVRLANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Ability to speak effectively before employees of the organization.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
