We strive to create a work environment that fosters innovation, growth, and employee success.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position in Alpharetta, GA. The role involves day-to-day responsibilities such as overseeing shipping and receiving, managing inventory, ensuring stock accuracy, handling materials, and maintaining a well-organized warehouse. You will also coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to fulfill orders and support smooth operations.This is a hands-on role that requires active involvement on the warehouse floor. The candidate should be comfortable both executing daily tasks and taking ownership of operations, including stepping in to manage workflows, prioritize orders, and ensure smooth execution as business needs demand.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee shipping & receiving operations (inbound/outbound)Maintain accurate inventory and stock levelsPerform cycle counts and inventory auditsEnsure proper material handling, labeling, and storageCoordinate with vendors for deliveries, pickups, and discrepanciesSupport order fulfillment and timely shipment processingMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environmentIdentify and report process improvementsActively participate in daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and material handling as neededStep in to manage floor operations during peak periods or when requiredMonitor and ensure order flow, pick accuracy, and timely dispatchTake ownership of operational performance and issue resolutionQualificationsProficiency in Shipping & Receiving processes and Inventory Management tasksBachelors must, having masters degree is a plus.Experience with Inventory Control and strong Material Handling skillsStrong Communication skills to collaborate with teams and vendors efficientlyAttention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectivelyPhysical capability to perform manual tasks such as lifting and moving materialsPrior experience in a warehouse or similar logistics environment is preferredProficiency in using inventory software and tools is an advantageExperience with Excel is must.Sponsorship available for right candidate.Preferred(Nice to have)Experience in furniture or bulky goods industryFamiliarity with WMS systemsBilingual: English & SpanishExperience handling high-volume fulfillment or warranty parts is a plusFluency in Spanish and English preferred.
