This role focuses on hands-on execution of change activities, including communications, training, and user enablement, working closely with product, project, and business teams. The Specialist will contribute to well-defined change strategies and play a critical role in ensuring new tools and ways of working are understood, adopted, and effectively used by attorneys and business professionals.What You Will DoChange Execution & SupportSupport the execution of OCM plans for technology initiatives and digital transformation programsConduct stakeholder impact analyses and readiness assessments under guidance from senior OCM or program leadersIdentify adoption challenges and escalate risks, issues, or dependencies as appropriateCommunicationsDevelop and distribute clear, audience-appropriate communications supporting change initiativesTranslate complex concepts into practical messages that explain the purpose, benefits, and user impact of changesMaintain and update communication artifacts across defined channels such as email, intranet content, and FAQsTraining & EnablementDevelop role-based training materials including job aids, guides, quick-reference materials, and e-learning contentCoordinate training logistics, scheduling, and feedback collection for live and virtual sessionsPartner with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and user-focusedUser Adoption & EngagementSupport user adoption activities such as pilot groups, champion networks, and feedback loopsTrack adoption metrics and summarize insights related to usage, engagement, and learning effectivenessAssist with post-launch support and reinforcement activities to improve sustained adoptionCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with product managers, project managers, and business stakeholders to align change activities with delivery timelinesCollaborate with Knowledge Management, HR, and Communications teams on shared enablement effortsMeasurement & ReportingCollect and analyze data related to training participation, adoption, and user feedbackPrepare reports, dashboards, and summaries for program teams and leadershipUse insights to recommend incremental improvements to change materials and approachesWho You AreBachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field3–6+ years of experience in change management, training, communications, or related rolesExperience supporting technology implementations, system rollouts, or digital transformation initiativesStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt content for diverse audiencesExperience developing training materials, job aids, or user documentationBenefits And MoreAt Goodwin, you will discover your next career opportunity with a rewarding compensation package and comprehensive benefits, including:Health, dental, and vision insuranceLife and disability insuranceRetirement & Savings PlanEmergency back-up child and adult carePaid vacation, sick time off, and holidaysProfessional development and career advancement opportunitiesEmployee recognition and reward programsEmployee wellness and assistance programsEmployee discounts and perksThis position is eligible for overtime: NoThe target salary range for this position varies by location and is commensurate with relevant experience: Boston $90,200 - $135,400 | Los Angeles $97,000 - $145,500 | New York $97,000 - $145,500 | Orange County $97,000 - $145,500 | Philadelphia $88,400 - $132,700 | San Francisco $103,700 - $155,600 | Santa Monica $97,000 - $145,500 | Silicon Valley $103,700 - $155,600
