Organizational Design Consultant, a fully remote position, is responsible for leading organizational and operating model transformation efforts across Enterprise Applications and HR, focusing on redesign, governance alignment, and operational modernization.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead assessment and design activities for a product-oriented operating model
Assess current organizational structures and design future-state capabilities
Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and facilitate stakeholder alignmentRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience in organizational design or management consulting
Proven experience in leading product-oriented operating model initiatives
Strong background in ERP modernization and enterprise applications transformation
Experience in complex post-M&A organizations and matrixed structures
Demonstrated success in influencing executive stakeholders and driving transformation initiatives
