As the on-site recruiting partner, you will play a key role in supporting our client by sourcing talent, building strong candidate relationships, and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities: Source, recruit, and screen active and passive candidates for client openings Meet weekly recruiting KPIs (calls, interviews, placements, onboarding) Manage and facilitate the Adecco onboarding process Provide outstanding customer service to associates and clients Build and maintain strong professional relationships Qualifications: 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environmentOR 1–3 years of recruiting experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to learn new systems and navigate software confidently Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between local locations as required Key Skills: Professional phone presence Strong interpersonal skills Results-driven mindset Organization and time management Sound judgment and professionalism This is a contract opportunity with the potential to become permanent based on performance and business needs. xywuqvp Apply today with your resume!
