You are the Integrator. You take vision and turn it into execution, accountability, and systems that actually work.If not, think of this as the person who ensures everything runs smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks.WHAT YOU'LL OWNManage day to day operations across account management, logistics, sourcing, and planning. You are the go to person when decisions need to be made.Build and implement systems that scale. Not quick fixes, but real process improvements using Six Sigma and Lean thinking.Oversee our remote team with clear communication, coordination, and accountability. No micromanagement, just results.Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and take action before issues escalate.Allocate resources effectively so the right people are working on the right priorities.Maintain strong relationships with overseas suppliers to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain.Mentor and develop project managers while holding a high standard of performance.WHAT TO EXPECTWe operate in an employee centered model.
