Press Brake Tooling Design Engineer

Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.Responsibilities:Design and develop press brake tooling solutions for a variety of metal forming applicationsSupport manufacturing teams with tooling setup, troubleshooting, and process optimizationCollaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver practical, high-quality engineering solutionsInterpret and apply engineered drawings, including tolerances, materials, and specificationsEnsure proper safety factors and optimal tooling performance in all designsProvide technical support for quoting, including tooling and forming recommendationsPerform dimensional analysis to validate designs and forming strategiesDrive continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floorMust Have:5+ years of experience in press brake tooling design and metal formingStrong knowledge of tooling setup, forming processes, and safety best practicesProven ability to read and interpret engineered drawingsSolid understanding of tolerances, material properties, and dimensional analysisExperience supporting customers or internal teams with technical solutionsProficiency working with files such as STP, SLDW (SolidWorks), and DXFNice to Have:Experience with advanced dimensional analysis tools or simulation softwareBackground in manufacturing environments with hands-on shop floor involvementFamiliarity with process improvement methodologiesPrior experience in customer-facing technical support or application engineeringExposure to CAD software such as SolidWorksBenefits:Competitive salary with performance-based bonus opportunities401(k) with company matchingHealth, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Time OffFlexible work scheduleEmployee engagement activities and company events
