In one of the most modern technology centers for micro-machining, we also develop holistic machining processes - including for customer projects.Thanks to our expertise, we develop sustainable, efficient and somewhat 'crazy' machining solutions, offering high added value for our customers.For our new manufacturing plant in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, we are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator.RequirementsEssential Duties & Responsibilities:Entering and Processing sales orders into our ERP system (SAP)Updating and Maintaining customer information in our CRM system (Salesforce)Answering heavy volume (at times) of "customer request" phone calls and emailsManaging assigned territory and effectively building relationships with customer accountsProvide superior internal account management support to the outside Regional Sales Manager in assigned territoryManaging blanket and special tool ordersProcessing RMA's (Return's)Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionHelping in the shipping department on heavy volume daysCommunicating and coordinating with co-workers as part of a small sales and service teamWork closely with Production, Marketing, Shipping, and Sales, most of whom are outside the office and USAContinuously learn and expand knowledge of our product lineAbility to accurately communicate all technical specifications and provide "basic" technical support to customers Your profile3 years minimum related customer service in a manufacturing company experience Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task in fast paced team environmentHigh Level of accuracy and attention to detailExcellent time management, organization, and prioritization skillsAbility to build and sustain positive relationships with co-workers and customersSelf-starter with a solid ability to manage work and customers with minimal supervisionStrong computer aptitude with Microsoft Office Products Familiarity with an ERP system- prior SAP Systems experience a plus Comfortable with web-based applications such as Microsoft SharePoint and SalesforceA leader willing to take initiative and assist and follow through on tasksA team player willing to help with the small office "extra" work that may fall outside of the regular job responsibilities.Eligible to work in the United StatesWhat we offerPTO12 paid holidays Pet InsuranceExcellent Medical, Dental, and Vision insuranceShort Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Life Insurance & ADDFSA, HSAEmployee Assistance Program401k with matching up to 5%, immediately vestedTuition and Continuing Education ReimbursementProfessional Growth Opportunities
