Our team partners with customers to deliver ergonomic lifting equipment and material handling solutions that improve workflow, reduce injuries, and increase overall operational efficiency. As these operations become more complex, they need a trusted partner who understands both the technical applications and the day-to-day challenges on the floor.We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative technical sales, building customer relationships, and helping manufacturers solve real operational problems. You’ll work directly with manufacturers, warehouses, food production facilities, logistics companies, and industrial operations to identify opportunities where lifting solutions can improve workflow, reduce injuries, and increase efficiency.This is a field-based role, primarily on the road within your territory, with occasional visits to our Schaumburg for meetings and customer appointments as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow an assigned sales territory through a combination of account expansion and new business developmentBuild strong, long-term customer relationships by acting as a trusted technical and commercial advisorIdentify customer pain points related to lifting, ergonomics, safety, and production flowRecommend customized lifting and material handling solutions based on customer applicationsConduct on-site facility visits, product demonstrations, and solution presentationsProspect and qualify new accounts through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic territory developmentWork closely with engineers, plant managers, operations leaders, warehouse managers, and safety teamsCollaborate internally with engineering, operations, and customer support teams to ensure successful implementationManage pipeline activity, forecasts, and CRM updates while consistently working toward sales goalsStay informed on industry trends, automation advancements, and competitive solutionsQualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Business, Technical, or related field preferred)3+ years of B2B technical sales experience within industrial manufacturing, automation, material handling, packaging, or related industriesExperience selling industrial equipment, machinery, automation systems, ergonomic products, or technical solutions preferredStrong mechanical and technical aptitudeConsultative sales approach with strong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently in a field-based territory roleExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsValid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly throughout the territoryWhat Success Looks LikeGrowing territory revenue and market shareBecoming a trusted advisor to customers and channel partnersSuccessfully identifying new applications for industrial lifting solutionsDelivering solutions that improve workplace safety and operational efficiencyConsistently achieving or exceeding sales targetsCorporate Resources, on behalf of our client located in Schaumburg, IL, is hiring for a full-time, permanent Regional Sales Manager.
