In short, we build solutions that set the benchmark for steam utilization worldwide.Position SummaryAssembles and tests a range of basic products within a defined product group following established assembly procedures while meeting targeted efficiency levels required within the section.Primary ResponsibilitiesAlign, fit, adjust, and assemble parts to satisfy requirementsInspect final productsImplement safety protocolsReport defective material or questionable conditions to the team leader.Other Job FunctionsAligns, fits, adjusts, and assembles parts to meet requirements of the product using hand and/or power tools.Test finished parts to ensure they meet quality test requirementsUse hoist to lift parts and equipmentUnder close supervision, completes tasks as advised by operating schedules.Accountable and responsible for all safety and environmental compliance as it relates to the position.Actively participates in crafting and maintaining safety culture (BBS Conversations/Reporting Incidents & Accidents appropriately) and suggesting improvements.Implement 5S objectives.Required QualificationsEducation: High School graduate or equivalent work experience.Experience: 1+ years in manufacturing or assembly experience required.Specialized Skills: Basic math skills such as ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply same.Physical DemandsIndicate percent of time spent sitting/standing/walking and lifting expectations in poundsSitting: 5% | Standing/Walking: 95% | Lifting:
