Customer Performance Manager - Manufacturing / CAM / Automotive-Fashion-FurnitureLocation: Smyrna, GAPay: $70K Base + Variable (Total OTE ~$90K)Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 remote) | Travel 30-50%Our client providesOur client is a global leader in manufacturing technology solutions, specializing in cutting room systems, CAM software, and performance optimization for high-output environments across the Automotive, Fashion, and Furniture industries. They stand out for their innovation, operational expertise, and ability to help plants maximize uptime, throughput, and overall production efficiency.They are looking for an experienced Customer Performance Manager who can protect revenue, elevate customer performance, and act as a strategic advisor. This is a direct hire role offering high visibility and strong career growth.This is not a "check-in and follow-up" CSM. This is a revenue-protecting, performance-driving advisor.What you get to do:• Own maintenance contract renewals and protect recurring revenue• Analyze customer performance data to improve uptime, usage, and operational efficiency• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with plant managers and operational leaders• Manage escalations and turn at-risk accounts into long-term wins• Collaborate across Sales, Technical Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Services• Identify expansion opportunities through services and additional solutionsWhat you need to succeed:• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Operations Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent experience• 5+ years in manufacturing (Automotive, Furniture, or Fashion preferred)• 5+ years in account management, project management, customer training, or related roles• Deep understanding of cutting room processes, CAM environments, and production workflows• Proven experience owning renewals or influencing contract value• Strong KPI analysis skills (usage, adoption, uptime, performance gaps)• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; experience with Salesforce and MS Teams preferred• Ability to travel 30-50%What's in it for you:• Competitive compensation: $70K base + variable (OTE ~$90K)• Strong benefits package including health insurance, PTO, and 401(k)• Hybrid schedule offering flexibility (3 office / 2 remote)• Work with cutting-edge manufacturing technology and global industry leaders• High-impact role with direct influence on revenue and customer performance• Career growth within a fast-moving, technology-driven organizationApply now!
