You'll work within an Agile development environment, helping design, develop and deploy modern applications using containerized technologies and cloud-native architectures.This is an opportunity to work on challenging, large-scale systems while leveraging modern development practices, CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes-based deployments.What You'll Be DoingDeveloping and enhancing cloud-native applications and microservicesBuilding scalable backend services using Java and Spring BootDeploying and supporting containerized applications within Kubernetes environmentsWorking within Agile development teams using modern CI/CD methodologiesDesigning and consuming RESTful APIs and web servicesCollaborating with engineers, architects and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutionsSupporting the ongoing evolution of cloud-based application platformsWhat We're Looking ForExperience developing applications using Java 8+ and Spring BootExperience building and supporting microservices-based architecturesExperience deploying containerized applications using Kubernetes or similar orchestration platformsExperience working within Agile software development environmentsStrong understanding of modern software engineering principles and best practicesExperience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processesDesirable ExperienceReact, Vue.js, Angular or other modern JavaScript frameworksSpring Framework, Hibernate or JPARESTful API design and developmentKafka, RabbitMQ or other messaging technologiesETL or Big Data application developmentMySQL, PostgreSQL or ElasticsearchCloud-native application development and architectureApplicants must hold an active Top Secret Clearance or higher.
