Remote Employment Litigation Counsel | CA, AZ, TX, or NY-based A leading national labor & employment firm is seekingRemote Employment Litigation Attorneysacross multiple seniority levels to support its expanding virtual and specialty‐counsel teams. These fully remote positions offer outstanding flexibility, sophisticated defense‐side work, and the opportunity to collaborate with attorneys across the country on high‐impact employment matters.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle employment litigation matters appropriate to experience level, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage‐and‐hour disputes.Draft and respond to pleadings, written discovery, and motions, including dispositive motions such as Motions for Summary Judgment.Participate in or support depositions, mediations, hearings, and settlement discussions.Work closely with partners and attorneys across multiple offices on case strategy, research, and litigation planning.For senior/counsel attorneys: independently manage a litigation docket, interface with clients or EPLI carriers, and provide strategic case evaluations.Key QualificationsJ.D. from an ABA‐accredited law schoolActive bar membership in your state of residence, which may include (CA, AZ, TX, or NY)Ability to thrive in a fully remote, nationally coordinated practice.Junior/Mid‐Level (3-6 years):Employment litigation experience; strong writing and research ability; comfort working independently in a remote environment.Senior/Counsel Level (7+ years):Significant employment litigation experience; proven ability to manage matters from intake through resolution; excellent motion‐practice skills; EPLI experience preferred for Special Counsel.Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage.401(k) plan with firm contributions.Paid time off and parental leave.Annual performance bonuses.Collaborative, inclusive culture within a nationally recognized labor & employment practice.If you are interested in joining a top-tier national labor & employment practice with fully remote flexibility and multiple pathways depending on your experience, please apply or reach out directly to campbell.hearne@phaidoninternational.com to learn more.#J-18808-Ljbffr
