Recruitment and Training Specialist (Behavioral Health)

Requirements:Bachelor's degree focused on communications, marketing or health sciences required.Valid FL Driver's LicenseExcellent verbal and written communications skillsMust have strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and data entry programsSalary: TBD based on relevant experience / educationHours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, with some evening hours required.Job Description:The basic function of the TFC Pilot Recruitment and Training Specialist is to provide on-going support to the treatment parents and licensing and recruitment team.Consistently demonstrates support as part of the team to meet departmental goals and objectivesAccurately obtains and tracks required data.Participates in frequent recruitment activities and events to attract new treatment parents.Screens telephone calls and inquiries regarding interested parties in becoming treatment parents; including maintenance of tracking spreadsheet regarding call disposition.Assists with preparation and implementation of monthly in-service trainings for treatment parents.Assists with PRIDE and STFC courses by creating training materials and ensuring the training space is set up to be conducive to learning.Work effectively with our Licensing Supervisor in order to execute programmatic goals and services.Effectively organizes workload, using priorities to schedule and meet deadlines.Retention of treatment homes by organizing treatment parent mentorships, recognizing successes and birthdays, as well as monthly contacts and follow up calls after placements.Creating, organizing and sending out monthly Treatment Home newslettersMaintaining Social Media presence with treatment parents via Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.Interacts with customers, treatment homes, therapists and co-workers to effectively verbally and nonverbally to promote consumer satisfaction.Assists with all volunteer activities for the FBT ProgramAdheres to agency and departmental policies and procedures.Completes projects and reports as requested by supervisor according to specified guidelines and in a timely manner.Consistently maintains confidentiality of all records.Uses computer programs efficiently to perform job responsibilities.Performs all other duties as assigned.Physical Demands:The employee will be required to talk, hear and see; ability to manipulate objects with hands/fingers.
