This consultant will play a critical role in enabling end users to successfully adopt new enterprise systems by delivering hands-on, classroom-style training and developing high-quality instructional content. The ideal candidate is an engaging facilitator with strong enterprise systems knowledge who thrives in transformation environments and is passionate about helping teams grow through effective learning and development.Day-to-Day:Train Equipment Finance associates on standardized workflows across enterprise applicationsDeliver live, in-person and virtual training on systems including Salesforce, INFOLEASE 9, PEGA, FLEX and related toolsDesign and develop engaging training materials such as presentations, workbooks, job aids, and interactive exercisesConduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and tailor training accordinglyPartner with Equipment Finance subject matter experts to ensure training accuracy and relevanceEvaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven improvementsServe as an ongoing learning resource for associates during and after system rollout
