Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our customers. Duties: - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner - Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Handle cash transactions accurately - Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns Experience: - Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of cash handling procedures - Familiarity with brewing techniques and beverage recipes - Understanding of food safety regulations - Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Experience in banquet or catering settings is an advantage - Basic retail math skills for cash register transactions Skills: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent customer service abilities - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail in drink preparation and presentation - Ability to work well within a team Please note that all positions at our establishment are paid positions, including internships.
