Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food and beverage industry, possess excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all food safety regulations - Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently - Upsell drinks and promote specials to increase revenue - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely drink service - Assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies as needed Experience - Previous experience in bartending or a related role preferred - Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and fine dining service - Familiarity with nightclub or brewing environments is a plus - Strong sales skills with the ability to engage customers effectively - Understanding of retail math for accurate billing - Helpful attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $4.75 - $10.50 per hour Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Required) Bartending: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: Bayamón, PR 00956 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Bayamón, PR 00956: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
