Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.Responsibilities:Lead and contribute to complex, large-scale engineering initiatives with enterprise-wide impactDesign, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutionsBuild middleware and integrations to connect systems and address platform limitationsDevelop and maintain applications using Java (Spring Boot) and ReactArchitect and implement microservices-based solutions in a cloud environmentIntegrate enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday, Verint) within the contact center ecosystemCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirementsEstablish and promote engineering standards, best practices, and modern development approachesReview and analyze complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutionsMentor team members and contribute to overall technical leadershipSupport ongoing UI development and maintenance to reduce reliance on third-party vendorsQualifications:Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.Strong experience in software engineering and application developmentProficiency in:JavaSpring BootReactMicroservices architectureKafkaCloud platforms (OCP / Cloud Foundry or similar)Proven ability to design and deliver scalable, high-quality solutionsExperience working in Agile development environmentsExperience with Generative AI / LLMs, including building agent-based solutions (agentic AI) (preferred)Background in Contact Center Technology development (preferred)Experience building enterprise integrations across complex systems (preferred)
