What You’ll Do
Participate in rotational assignments across diverse fields such as embedded systems and controls, cloud and edge solutions, field sales, and product management.
Work on real projects that make a measurable impact
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges
Get mentorship and coaching from senior leaders and technical experts
Build problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Contribute to on-time project delivery and progress reporting
Design and deliver a capstone project that showcases your growth

What You Bring
We’re looking for curious, driven, future-ready thinkers.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field)
Preferred coursework: thermodynamics, machine design, fluid flow, intro to electrical engineering
Adaptable and open to working across teams and locations
Passion for learning, growth, and long-term impact
Leadership experience from school, work, or community involvement
Strong communication skills-able to explain technical ideas clearly (words + visuals)
Comfortable organizing and analyzing data to solve complex problems
Team-oriented mindset with proven collaboration experience
Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies
Internship or Co-op experience is a plus
Willingness to relocate across the U.S.*
