You will work directly with business teams to translate workflows into scalable AI applications and own solutions from development through deployment and ongoing support.How You Will Do ItTranslate business workflows into scalable AI/ML solutionsDesign and build LLM and agent-based applications (RAG, orchestration, automation)Develop backend services and APIs for AI solutionsIntegrate solutions with enterprise systems (APIs, databases, authentication)Own production lifecycle: deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and supportImplement CI/CD pipelines and enforce best practices for security and reliabilityBuild and deploy containerized, microservices-based applicationsLeverage Azure AI services to develop enterprise AI capabilitiesWhat We Look ForExperience delivering production AI/ML solutions with strong operational ownershipStrong backend/API development (Python and/or C#/.NET)Experience with LLMs and agent-based systems, including: RAG, tool/function calling, orchestration, workflow automationExperience with Azure AI ecosystem (Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, AI Search, Document Intelligence)Experience with Azure Integration Services (App Services, Functions, Container Apps)Strong DevOps experience (Azure DevOps, CI/CD, release management)Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architectureStrong enterprise integration experience (APIs, databases, authentication systems)Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with business stakeholdersBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldAdditional RequirementsMust be based in or able to support U.S. time zonesSALARY RANGE: $100,000 - $140,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
