Branch Manager
We’re on the search for a Branch Manager on behalf of our client, one of the fastest-growing logistics organizations globally. If you have 4 to 6+ years of sales leadership experience in truckload freight brokerage or a similarly fast-paced, transactional B2B sales environment, this may be an opportunity for you.The Branch Manager will be accountable for the overall commercial performance, leadership effectiveness, and operating discipline of a truckload brokerage branch. This individual leads the branch from a sales-first perspective, ensuring the team is driving new business, growing existing accounts, and operating with the urgency, detail orientation, and accountability required in a fast-moving brokerage environment. The Branch Leader is responsible for the full branch ecosystem, including senior brokers, trainees, hiring, coaching, performance management, and branch execution, while serving as the standard-setter for culture and performance. This leader must be highly credible in a brokerage sales environment and able to move fluidly between coaching, accountability, customer engagement, and recruiting. They are expected to know the business at a granular level, including where deals stand, how individual brokers are progressing, which accounts are in play, and where intervention is needed. At the same time, they must be able to motivate, develop, and influence a wide range of talent, from new trainees to tenured account executives, and help elevate branch performance quickly and measurably. The successful candidate will be a hands-on sales leader with strong coaching instincts, high standards, and the confidence to own conversations, pivot with customers, and drive performance in real time. This is not a passive management role; it is a front-line leadership role for a person who can create momentum, improve results, recruit effectively, and build a branch that is capable of sustained growth.
