Sales ManagerOur growing manufacturing client, located about 1-hour NW of Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Sales Manager for their Custom Product. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of call center sales representatives to achieve sales targets and ensure exceptional customer service. This role involves developing strategies, analyzing performance, and driving continuous improvement to meet organizational goals. This position is ONSITE and reports directly to the Director of Sales.Sales Manager Primary Job Responsibilities:Team Leadership:Recruit, train, and manage a team of call center sales representatives.Set clear goals, provide coaching, and motivate the team to meet sales objectives.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for development.Sales Strategy Development:Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.Identify opportunities for upselling.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns with sales goals.Performance Monitoring:Analyze call center metrics, including conversion rates, average call time, and customer satisfaction scores.Generate regular reports and present insights to senior management.Address underperformance and implement corrective actions promptly.Operational Management:Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.Manage schedules, staffing, and resources to maintain optimal coverage.Customer Focus:Ensure the team delivers excellent customer experience.Handle escalated customer requirements.Gather and act on customer feedback to improve processes and offerings.Sales Manager Education and Experience5+ years of proven work experience as a successful Inside Salesperson or Sales ManagerHigh school diploma or equivalentProficient in relevant computer applications and Salesforce CRMAbility to read blueprints and building plans a plusSales Manager Key CompetenciesLeadership and Motivational skillsIn-depth understanding of Sales Process and TechniquesStrong execution of Sales strategiesHigh level of ethical and integrityExcellent Interpersonal and team management skillsProven analytical and organizational skillsVerbal and written communication skillsListening skillsAttention to detailSound JudgmentAdaptability; handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
