Fashion Designer Assistant (Wholesale Women's Apparel)

Job Summary We are a trend-leading fashion design company based in Downtown Los Angeles since 2009, specializing in contemporary wholesale women's apparel with a focus on barrel-line silhouettes. We’re currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design Assistant to support our fast-paced design team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about fashion, eager to grow, and ready to contribute to innovative, retail-ready collections. Key Responsibilities - Assist in researching trends, fabrics, colors, and trims - Create flat sketches and assist with tech pack development - Organize samples, swatches, and trims - Communicate with vendors and support the sample development process - Prepare materials for presentations and fittings - Provide administrative and general support to the design team Qualifications - 1–2 years of experience in fashion design or relevant internship (wholesale experience a plus) - Strong sketching and Adobe Illustrator skills - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Passionate about fashion trends and women's wear - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Bilingual in Korean & English Salary & Benefits - Starting: $45000+ (Based on experience) - Paid holidays & Sick Leaves - Great opportunity to grow within the company - Full time : 8 hours (Mon-Friday 9:00 - 17:30) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
