Bilingual Technical Services Representative
Field-Based | Florida & Georgia TerritoryAre you a hands-on problem solver who thrives in plant environments and builds trust quickly on the production floor?We’re hiring a Technical Services Representative to support key customer accounts across Florida and Georgia. This is a high-impact, field-based role where your ability to communicate clearly, solve problems in real time, and build strong relationships will directly influence customer success and long-term growth.In this territory, Spanish fluency is essential. You’ll regularly support plant operators, batch personnel, and leadership teams across diverse workforces, making your ability to connect across language barriers critical to success.What You’ll Do:Serve as the primary technical partner for assigned accountsTroubleshoot production challenges and optimize product performance on-siteLead and monitor field trialsInspect, calibrate, and maintain dispensing equipmentBuild strong working relationships with plant managers and operations teamsIdentify opportunities to improve performance and expand product utilizationDeliver in-person training presentations for customers at their locationsWhat It Takes to Succeed:Bilingual (English and Spanish) required3–5 years in manufacturing, construction materials, or technical field serviceMechanical and electrical aptitudeStrong communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing a demanding travel scheduleWillingness to travel up to 70% (primarily weekdays, overnight travel required)Concrete experience is preferred but not required. We can teach technical skills.
