Role Description CyberFOX is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer for a full-time, hybrid role based in Tampa, FL, with some remote work flexibility. The Technical Sales Engineer will collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise, conduct product demonstrations, and design tailored solutions for clients. Tasks include understanding client needs, offering technical support during the pre-sales process, and ensuring a seamless handoff to implementation teams post-sale. The role requires staying informed about industry trends to address customer challenges effectively and drive business success. Qualifications Strong skills in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering to support pre-sales activities, product demonstrations, and solution designExperience in Sales and a proven ability to build relationships and offer tailored solutions to clientsTechnical Support experience to address customer inquiries and provide troubleshooting assistance during the sales processExcellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiencesAbility to work in a hybrid environment with effective time management skillsKnowledge of cybersecurity solutions, particularly in areas such as PAM, password management, or DNS filtering, is a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or similar field, or equivalent experience
