We are seeking (2) dedicated Human Resources Specialists to manage full-cycle recruitment, conduct employee relations investigations, and handle position classifications. This role ensures workforce compliance, supports organizational readiness through training facilitation and performance management, and adheres strictly to State of Ohio policies.
