We are currently hiring for the following opportunity:Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer with ReactLocation: Plano, TX /Addison, TX / Irving, TX /Richardson, TXJob Type: FulltimeJob DescriptionArea Of Responsibility will be as below:Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance providedFacilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutionsParticipate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stabilityConduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositoriesImplement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standardsDevelop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applicationsActively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliabilityMaintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projectsYour contribution to the team:A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.The ability to handle end to end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.A passion for design and hands-on coding experienceA proactive approach to testing, troubleshooting, and refining our applications.The ability to work with cross-functional teams and do software integration.Required Skill and ExperienceExperience in Core Java concepts- OOP, collections, streams, concurrency, exception handling.Experience in Microservices: REST API design, inter-service communication, resilience patterns, pagination, error handling.Experience in Java/J2EE & Spring: Spring Boot, Spring MVC; Struts experience acceptable/valued for legacy migrations.Preferred Skill and ExperienceExperience in Front-end: React JS (functional components, hooks, basic state management, routing), HTML5/CSS3, JSPs.Experience in Database SQL: Strong SQL; exposure to any one RDBMS is mandatory (Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server).If you're interested, I'd be happy to share additional details and discuss the opportunity.
