The ideal candidate will have experience building modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and related front-end technologies. The candidate should be passionate about creating intuitive user experiences and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.Build reusable, modular, and scalable UI components.Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, pixel-perfect web applications.Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with backend services.Optimize application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.Manage application state using Redux, Context API, or similar state management libraries.Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and Agile development processes.Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product owners.Troubleshoot production issues and implement timely fixes.Required Skills5+ years of hands-on experience in Front-End development.Strong expertise in React.js.Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive web design.Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.Experience consuming RESTful APIs.Strong understanding of React Hooks, component lifecycle, and functional components.Experience with Git and version control systems.Knowledge of modern build tools such as Webpack, Vite, Babel, or npm/yarn.Experience writing unit tests using Jest and React Testing Library.Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with Next.js.Familiarity with Material UI, Ant Design, Bootstrap, or Tailwind CSS.Experience with GraphQL.Knowledge of Micro Frontend architecture.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.Basic understanding of AWS cloud environments.Experience working with Figma or similar design tools.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Preferred ExperienceExperience building enterprise-scale web applications.Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, or eCommerce domain experience is a plus.Strong focus on UI performance, accessibility (WCAG), and user experience.
