Position OverviewThe Content & Campaign Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling API's brand, demand generation, and ABX acceleration efforts. This role blends strategy with execution — requiring a marketer who is both highly creative and deeply strategic.This is not a traditional support role. This individual will lead brand-level initiatives, develop compelling sales enablement assets, execute global and multi-channel campaigns, and leverage AI-driven content development to amplify API's market presence.We are seeking a high-energy, B2B growth marketer with exceptional PowerPoint design skills, strong video production capabilities, campaign management expertise, and the ability to translate strategy into polished, client-facing execution.Core Responsibilities Brand-Level Leadership & Communications• Lead key brand-level initiatives, including: Website refresh and ongoing website management (shaping the narrative for product updates, market education, and awareness programs), while ensuring all content is built for SEO performance and inbound growthSocial media channels optimization and updates (i.e. updated LinkedIn, post regularly, run digital campaigns, etc.)Development of executive-ready brand communications with compelling narratives that resonates with diverse global audiences (one-pagers, videos, sales materials, explainer content, case studies)Own and evolve API's visual storytelling across digital, social channels, webinars and industry eventsCreate high-impact presentations (PowerPoint mastery required) for leadership, clients, and industry eventsDevelop and execute quarterly explainer videos to articulate product innovation and value propositionsEnsure global brand consistency across airline, rail, cruise, and DPAX verticals API World & Event Marketing ExecutionCollaborate on overall strategy and execution of API World and key industry eventsOrganize and manage audio/video production for stage presentationsDevelop keynote decks, hero videos, and event messaging assetsLead content production before, during, and after eventsRepurpose event content into: Case studiesSocial campaignsNurture sequencesBusiness development materials• Leverage event content to drive future pipeline growthSales Support & Revenue Enablement• Partner with Sales and Sales Operations to: Develop Findings ReportsCreate case studies to support RFPsQuantify API impact in client-facing business casesBuild, update, and maintain master sales decksCreate customized one-pagers, presentations, and short-form videos for client workshopsTranslate operational and financial insights into compelling visual storytelling ABM & Campaign ManagementSupport execution of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiativesCollaborate on contact database management and segmentation strategyDevelop integrated, multi-channel campaigns (including digital, events, webinars, ABM, paid media, and content marketing) aligned to global and regional growth prioritiesOptimize digital marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, event, etc.)Analyze campaign ROI, customer behavior, and sales pipeline performanceGather and interpret marketing data to drive strategic insightsBuild dashboards and performance reports to inform optimization AI-Driven Content & Digital InnovationLeverage AI tools to: Generate high-quality content efficientlyCreate video scripts and visual assetsDevelop personalized campaign messagingSupport scalable content productionStay ahead of emerging marketing technologies and automation toolsIntroduce new efficiencies into content creation workflows Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field3–5+ years of B2B marketing experience and proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, ABM, and Sales Operations teamsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (executive-ready design capability required)Strong video production skills (script writing, editing, audio/visual coordination)Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce preferred)Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics (Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)Experience using AI tools for content creation and campaign optimizationStrong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM)Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROIExceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages, thought leadership content, and various marketing materialsAbility to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneouslyExperience supporting trade shows, conferences, and executive-level events Ideal Candidate ProfileStrategic thinker comfortable shifting between high-level strategy and executionVisually sophisticated and detail-orientedHighly organized and deadline-drivenComfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage technology environmentAble to blend data-driven decision making with compelling storytellingPassionate about brand-building in a global B2B setting Position Type & HoursFull time, Monday through Friday, normal core business hours and as needed on nights and weekends unless otherwise specified.
