Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Hairstylist at our Montclair, CA location. The Hairstylist will be responsible for providing hair styling and care services, including cutting, coloring, and treatments, while ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include consulting with clients to assess their needs, recommending styles and products, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Building rapport with clients and keeping up with current hair trends and techniques are integral parts of this role. Qualifications Proficient in Hair Styling, including cutting, coloring, and innovative techniquesStrong abilities in Cosmetology and Hair Care, with foundational knowledge of hair treatmentsOutstanding Customer Service and Communication skills to understand and meet client needsValid cosmetology license in the state of California is requiredPassion for the beauty industry and ability to stay updated on trendsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentRelevant experience as a Hairstylist or in the beauty industry is a plus
