Our mission is to empower nonprofits with advanced responsive fundraising software that enhances giving and maximizes impact. As a critical member of our engineering organization, you will test and validate sophisticated, scalable B2B SaaS solutions in a collaborative environment. Your primary focus will be testing and validation of our family of CRM and related products.ResponsibilitiesDesign, write, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features and enhancements. Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugsPerform regression testing to ensure existing features remain intact with new releasesCollaborate with the development team to ensure quality is considered throughout the software development lifecycleParticipate in design and requirement reviews to identify potential issues early in the development processWork with the product management team to understand the requirements and user stories to develop effective test strategiesUtilize Playwright to increase efficiency in testing and provide faster feedback to developersProvide detailed bug reports and ensure issues are resolved before releaseMaintain and improve test environments and frameworks to support test automationContribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process and overall product quality.
