Our 206-unit apartment community is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Service Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, takes initiative, and delivers outstanding customer service. If you're skilled, motivated, and committed to keeping our residents' homes in excellent condition, we want you on our team.As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties, you will:Be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable lawsRespond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service ticketsCommunicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updatesCompensation & IncentivesBase Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hourUp to 50% Rent DiscountProperty Staff Shared Renewal CommissionsMorgan Essentials: $300 quarterlyOn-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phoneMedical, Dental, and Vision Benefits401(k) Retirement Plan with Company MatchGenerous Paid Time Off, including 10 holidays per year and sick leaveHours & ScheduleMonday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMPaid rotating on-call participation requiredMust be available and prepared for emergency events* Schedule subject to change based on business needsWhat We'll Expect from YouActive, valid driver's license and a personal vehicleMust live within a reasonable distance to support on‐call and emergency responseHVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred#AC2003
