Wholesale Inventory Manager / Auction Manager

Description: Schedule: Monday-Friday, one Saturday a month for auction Compensation includes weekly salary and monthly commission Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Managing the sale of all wholesale inventory through different channels including our on-site / simulcast auction which will be held twice a month, currently once. Managing payments and all other associated administrative components of the sale of wholesale vehicles. (i.e. titles, vehicle pick-ups). Managing on-site inventory and control of vehicle location and keys. Managing out simulcast software. Post vehicles for sale, pricing, managing staff to perform condition reports. Working in collaboration with Sales Management teams to ensure the most efficient wholesale process. Performs other related duties consistent with the role and function of the specification as assigned. This does not preclude management from assigning additional, though unrelated, duties. Requirements: Job Requirements: 5 years of Automotive Sales Management experience Experience with online automotive auctions, buying and selling Ability to use and learn technology (i.e. inventory control software, DMS, online pricing tools, etc.) Familiarity with using Microsoft Excel Reporting to management and keeping track of all wholesale performance metrics Ability to effectively communicate professionally and build rapport with staff and clients. Valid drivers license with acceptable motor vehicle record.
