DescriptionJoin Our Team at Tulley Automotive Group!Tulley Automotive Group is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Parts Counterperson to join our busy GMC and Buick parts department.If you have experience working in a dealership, independent repair facility, stand-alone parts store, heavy equipment, powersports, or small engine environment, we would like to speak with you.This position plays a key role in supporting both our service technicians and retail/wholesale customers by providing accurate parts lookups, maintaining inventory flow, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment.ResponsibilitiesAssist service technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts with parts needsAccurately identify and source OEM parts and accessoriesProcess parts orders, invoices, returns, and special ordersMaintain organized inventory and assist with stocking and receivingCommunicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team membersHelp ensure efficient workflow within a high-volume parts departmentQualificationsPrevious automotive parts experience preferredStrong knowledge of automotive parts systems and terminologyGM experience is a plus, but not requiredExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and professionalismDealertrack software experience is helpfulAt Tulley Automotive Group, we value hardworking, dependable employees who take pride in what they do.
