For more information, please visit: http:///Position Overview:As a College Admissions Consultant, you will work closely with students and families to guide them through every stage of the college admissions journey. This is a highly relationship-driven, strategic role that combines long-term planning, mentorship, and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert guidance on U.S. and international college admissions strategies, including school selection, application planning, and positioningDevelop and execute individualized, multi-year plans covering academics, extracurricular activities, and personal developmentManage student portfolios, including profile building, activity planning, and narrative developmentBuild and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with students and families throughout the application processConduct regular advising sessions and clearly communicate action plans and progress updatesSupport college list development using in-depth knowledge of institutions, majors, and admissions trendsAccompany students and families on campus visits when neededMentor students in developing academic habits, time management skills, and overall readiness for collegeWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree from a Top 30 U.S. university 4–5 years of relevant experience in education, coaching, or admissions consultingStrong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple students simultaneouslyExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust with both students and parentsResilient, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environmentPassion for working with teenagers and making a long-term impact on their developmentNative or near-native English proficiency; Mandarin proficiency preferred Compensation & Benefits:We offer a competitive compensation package with performance-based bonuses, along with opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic team.Apply Now:If you are passionate about education and ready to take on a meaningful and challenging role, we encourage you to apply.
