Job Description: Master Esthetician (Skin Scientist)Full and Part TimeAbout the Role:Lacerta Spa is a science-forward, inclusive wellness sanctuary opening February 2026 in Southwest DC. We specialize in advanced, corrective facial care for all skin types, with particular expertise in melanin-rich skin. We are seeking DC-licensed Master Estheticians to deliver customized, hands‐on advanced treatments in private treatment rooms. At Lacerta, hands are the primary tool; devices are used intentionally as enhancements within our "Expert‐Choice" cumulative protocols.Compensation & DC Pay Transparency Disclosure:Total Earning Potential: $40.00 – $85.00+ per hour (Inclusive of base pay, service commissions, retail bonuses, and gratuities).Guaranteed Earning Bridge: During our 60-day launch phase (starting in February), we provide a guaranteed clinical hourly rate of $40.00 – $55/hr plus tips. This ensures your income is protected while we establish our Southwest DC membership base.Gratuities: Our system is optimized for guest appreciation; 100% of tips are passed through to the provider.Base & Commission: Competitive hourly rate for non-treatment/admin time ($18.50–$25.50/hr) plus commission on every service and retail sale.Responsibilities:Perform advanced facial treatments including chemical peels, nano infusions, and customized skin protocols.Conduct thorough consultations and skin analyses grounded in skin physiology.Educate clients on skin health, home care, and realistic expectations.Maintain strict sanitation, safety, and treatment room standards.Requirements:Valid DC Master Esthetician License (Required).Experience with advanced facial and corrective treatments.Strong understanding of skin physiology and ingredients.Ability to work evenings and at least one weekend day.Benefits:401(k) with up to 4% employer match.Health Insurance for eligible employees.Advancement Opportunities: Clear paths to Lead, Trainer, or Educator roles.Paid Training and continuing education.Access to select spa amenities including sauna and steam.For more information, email: kelly@lacertaspa.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
