They expect forward looking insight while staying compliant with tax laws.We are seeking a tax professional with 10+ years of public accounting experience who understands that tax compliance looks backward and tax advisory looks forward.The OpportunityThis role is designed for a leader who wants to move beyond preparation and review work and into true advisory impact.You will:Lead proactive, year round tax planning engagementsDesign and implement advanced tax strategies for closely held businesses and high income ownersOversee complex multi entity and multi state structuresReview returns through a strategic lens, not just technical accuracyParticipate in high level client decision making conversationsMentor Managers and Senior ConsultantsContribute to firm growth initiatives and advisory process developmentThis is a visible leadership role with direct access to firm leadership.What We Are Looking For10+ years of public accounting experienceDeep experience in tax advisory, not just tax complianceStrong understanding of entity structuring, multi state taxation, and advanced planning strategiesConfidence leading client conversationsDesire to think long term and build something meaningfulCPA license requiredLong Term Vision and Partner PathWe are intentionally building a firm with a defined path to partnership for professionals who demonstrate leadership, client stewardship, and revenue impact.This is not a short term career stop.
