Vice President of Sales

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES –Own and drive revenue targets and full P&L for the USA region, developing and executing annual business plans aligned with global strategy. Build and deepen relationships with interior designers, architects, luxury hospitality groups, and high-net-worth individual clients across the United States.Manage all trade pricing, custom quotations, and bespoke project costing with a thorough understanding of margin dynamics and commercial frameworks. Apply deep knowledge of the US interior design and architecture ecosystem – including how designers specify, procure, and manage projects – to position the brand effectively at every stage of the buying process. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the New York showroom, ensuring it consistently reflects luxury brand standards in presentation, service, and client experience.Represent the brand at key trade shows, design fairs, and industry events, and coordinate with India HQ on marketing, orders, fulfilment, and operations. IDEAL CANDIDATE – Minimum 12-15 years of experience in luxury or premium lifestyle categories, ideally within home furnishings, interior textiles, décor, or adjacent luxury goods segments. A proven track record in business development and sales leadership within the US market, with an established network across the interior design and architecture community. Hands-on experience managing a luxury showroom, design gallery, or high-end retail environment, with a strong eye for product presentation and client experience. Commercially sharp with confidence in pricing decisions, trade discount structures, and negotiating high-value bespoke project contracts. High aesthetic sensibility, genuine passion for craft and heritage, and the ability to articulate the brand’s story compellingly to discerning clients and collaborators. Entrepreneurial and self-driven, comfortable operating with autonomy in a boutique, owner-led brand environment, and at ease coordinating with an international HQ across time zones.Note- Only New York candidates can apply.
