With a capacity of 4,200 attendees per show, this is a high-profile, high-volume production requiring strong on-site leadership to ensure seamless execution and exceptional guest experience.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Event Manager to oversee all on-site operations and lead event staff across multiple functions. This individual will act as the main point of contact for event execution, working closely with the Producer/Production Manager and internal teams to ensure all logistics, staffing, and guest experience elements run smoothly.This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, large-scale event environments and is comfortable managing both people and operations in real time.Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Leadership & Staff ManagementOversee and manage all event staff including ticketing/FOH, ushers, merch, and setup teamsServe as the primary liaison between Career Group staff and Fever production teamLead staff briefings, assign roles, and ensure team alignment across all shiftsMonitor staff performance and step in as needed to maintain efficiency and professionalismEvent Operations & ExecutionOversee setup, execution, and breakdown of all event componentsEnsure all areas (ticketing, seating, merch, etc.) are fully staffed and operationalTroubleshoot issues in real time and make quick, informed decisionsEnsure adherence to event timelines, run-of-show, and operational standardsGuest ExperienceMaintain a high standard of guest experience and crowd managementSupport FOH operations and resolve guest concerns as they ariseEnsure smooth ingress and egress for large volumes of attendeesLogistics & CoordinationCoordinate with production on event flow, signage, materials, and staffing needsOversee inventory and materials including FOH kits, merch, and setup suppliesEnsure all equipment and supplies are accounted for before and after each eventScheduleThursday, May 21 (Training / Load-In)2:00 PM – 6:00 PMReview event plans, signage, staff structure, and operational flow with Fever teamFriday, May 229:00 AM – 1:00 PM (setup oversight)5:15 PM – 10:45 PM (event operations)Saturday, May 235:45 PM – 12:45 AM (+1) (event operations + load-out)Sunday, May 24Contingency date (if needed)QualificationsPrior event management or lead-level event experience requiredStrong ability to manage large teams and high-volume eventsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsHighly organized with the ability to multitask under pressureComfortable with both operational oversight and hands-on supportProfessional, proactive, and solutions-orientedAdditional NotesMust be available for all event datesThis is a high-visibility leadership role requiring strong accountability and ownershipIdeal candidates have experience with large-scale events, festivals, or productionsThis is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in a large-scale, high-impact event, working alongside a globally recognized production team.Please submit your resume in Word format for immediate consideration!You can use www.workgrades.com to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
