This team helps individuals with disabilities live independently by managing their administrative financial needs - things like vendor payments, mileage reimbursements, and expense processing.This is a high-volume, accuracy-focused AP role that directly supports people and their care teams. If you're organized, people-oriented, and good under pressure, this is your kind of environment.This is not just "push invoices and move on."You're supporting real people - making sure payments are processed correctly so services continue smoothly. Your attention to detail helps keep participants supported and independent.What You'll Do Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on scheduleReview and process mileage reimbursements and related documentationMaintain financial records in compliance with FMCS contract requirementsCommunicate with vendors, participants, and internal teams to resolve discrepanciesTrack deadlines and juggle multiple priorities with accuracy and careJoin occasional on-site meetings (approx. 1x/month)Experience We're Looking For 6+ months to 1+ year of Accounts Payable experience (required)Experience with vendor management workflowsConcur (or similar finance/expense system) experience preferredExperience working with Maryland DDA Self-Directed Services is a major plusComfortable with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe AcrobatBill.com familiarity is helpfulClear communicator who can support both financial and non-financial stakeholdersAble to stay organized and accurate while handling volume + shifting prioritiesCareer Management Group is a boutique staffing partner focused on meaningful placements across healthcare, life sciences, technology, professional services, and more.
