Client Accountant

Seeking a driven and joyful Client Accountant, the full-time remote position based in Argentina will manage day-to-day bookkeeping and finance tasks for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of transactions. Key responsibilities:Handle daily operations including transaction entry, invoicing, bill payments, payroll preparation, and reconciliations Organize tasks within Karbon, the practice management system, to effectively manage work across multiple clients Interact with clients to answer questions and gather necessary information while collaborating with senior staffRequired qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience in a multi-client environment with US-based clients Proficiency in QBO, Bill.com, Gusto, and other cloud accounting technologies; familiarity with Karbon and Double is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks across multiple clients Excellent written and spoken English communication skills for effective client and team interactions College degree required
