Job Description Description:Spring Valley began on a small family farm in Jackson, WI in 1961 and has grown into a leading manufacturer of fertilizers and ice melter products. From our 8 blending locations and multiple shipping locations, we serve a wide variety of customer markets including distributors, co-ops, and retailers throughout the United States and internationally. We are eagerly seeking Production Associates to join our team!Responsibilities include:Stacking 50lb bags on pallets & wrapping pallets for shippingMixing/blending material for fertilizer and ice melterRunning and monitoring machines to ensure safety and efficiencyOperating a forklift to move pallets between buildings.Operating a front end loader to transport bulk materialsGeneral cleanup of work areasMiscellaneous projects as needed (inventory, grounds keeping, etc)Pay & Perks:$18.00+ per hour starting pay based on experience.We offer cross training opportunities in other areas of production.Team Production Bonus Opportunities (calculated weekly and paid with regular bi-weekly paycheck)Paid Holidays and PTO upon hireHealth, Dental & Vision Insurance available after 30 daysHSA with company contribution with Spring Valley's health insuranceCompany provided Short Term & Long Term Disability InsuranceCompany provided Life Insurance.
