And by harnessing Danaher's system of continuous improvement, you help turn ideas into impact innovating at the speed of life.This position reports to the supervisor, is part of the Consumables department located in DeLand, FL and will be an on-site role.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Setup and operate all equipment in a related area to produce complicated components, subassemblies, and final assemblies from blueprints and work instructions.Work under the direction of supervisors, or more experienced personnel, with little supervisionMaintain accurate records, and logs and collect any necessary data for use by Engineering.The essential requirements of the job include:High School Diploma, G.E.D. or EquivalentMinimum two years of production/manufacturing experienceTravel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for a minimum of 10 hours.Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lbsIt would be a plus if you also possess experience in:Operating corrugating/pleating equipment.Utilizing scorecards or other process tracking tools.Danaher Corporation and all Danaher Companies are committed to equal opportunity regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, marital status, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other characteristics protected by law.
